Welcome To Womens Fitness Centrall

Now is the time for you…to take care of you. It’s your health, your body, YOUR LIFE!!! Expert advice to help you get results, starting today!

Welcome to Womens Fitness Central! First I want to say thank you for taking the time to read this blog. I know your time is valuable and short. So I really appreciate the fact that you choose to spend some of it here. Second, CONGRATULATIONS! Why you are probably asking…well because you’re taking a step in the direction toward your health and that’s a pretty awesome thing. That in itself is huge and you should take pride in taking that step.

Now let’s get down to why you came here in the first place shall we?

Women’s Fitness Central was originally created for the purpose of helping women to get healthy and fit. As a 40 year old women myself I can relate very closely to the struggles of women in that age group to begin that process of getting fit and maintaining a healthy body. However, I’ve also been through my 20s and 30s so I can understand those issues as well. But when it comes right down to it, this site is for the purpose of helping women of all ages from their early teens and well beyond get a healthy body they want and keep it.

Most of the information here will be related to nutrition, exercise, meditation, and motivation because I believe a holistic approach to health which includes taking care of the mind body, spirit. Now don’t let that scare you. As we go along, you’ll see what that entails but for right now what is important to know is that all three of these areas need to be taken care of in order to be healthy.

In addition, I want to clarify that healthy doesn’t necessarily mean thin or even “muscles”. Healthy means that your body is in a condition where the heart is strong, blood flows fluidly as it should through the system, the lungs can consume a big breath of air, etc. healthy describes your overall state of well being is as the Webster Dictionary states…flourishing, for example. That is the main focus of this blog. After all, you don’t have to be thin to be healthy.

And yet, there are no limitations with Womens Fitness Central either. If you decide that your goal is to get in the best shape of your life at an optimal body fat percentage and excellent VO2 max for the cardio enthusiasts….well, we’re going to take care of that as well.

So by all means let’s get started. You made the choice now let’s begin the journey. Oh, and thank you again for letting me share in this goal with you.

Here's to everyone being their best,

Jolene
